Nikolai Petrovich Karachentsov was born on October 27, 1944, in Moscow and died on October 26, 2018, in Moscow, Russia.

He was a Russian actor.

He was a Soviet and Russian film and stage actor of Lenkom Theatre.

His fame was among the Soviet youth peaked in the late 1970s and early 1980s after he had starred in rock operas.

Karachentsov was awarded the title of People’s Artist of the RSFSR, in 1989.

During 2003 Nikolai Karachentsov was given the State Prize of the Russian Federation.

Nikolai’s dad, Pyotr Yakovlevich Karachentsov (1907-1998) worked for a long time in the magazine Ogoniok as a visual craftsman, he got the title of Meritorious Artist of the RSFSR in 1967.

His mom Yanina Brunak (1913-1992), was a choreographer, she coordinated plays in real melodic theaters, participated in arranging exhibitions at the Bolshoi Theater, Kazan Musical Theater, Ulan Bator Music Theater in Mongolia, regulated an artful dance school and sorted out the First National Ensemble of Vietnam, worked in Syria and London.

His folks isolated, so when Yanina Evgenyevna would leave Moscow for work, Kolya contemplated and lived in an all-inclusive school.

During school days, he burned through all late spring get-aways in the diversion focus of the All-Russian Theater Society in the town of Shylykovo, Kostroma Oblast.

In his adolescence, Karachentsov was truly occupied with swimming and by the age of 13, Nikolai turned into the boss of the USSR’s focal games school for plunging.

He exited his swimming exercises when, together with his mom, he went to live in Ulaanbaatar for a long time.

While considering in secondary school, Nikolai Karachentsov joined the “Dynamic” gathering, made at the Central Children’s Theater.

The obligations of “activists” included obligation in the working of the theater and checking of the recognition of request by schoolchildren.

Before long, at the Center for Children’s Art opened a beginner studio for schoolchildren. Karachentsov was one of the first to join.
