Jean-Claude Frécon was born on September 3, 1944, and died on on December 10, 2016.
He was a French politician.
He was a member of the Senate of France, representing the Loire department, and is the current president of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe after having served as Vice-President since 2002.
During 2010, Jean was elected the President of the Chamber of Local Authorities (one of the two chambers of the Congress).
Jean-Claude Frécon was also elected head of the French Delegation in the Congress in 2004.
Jean-Claude Frécon was a member of the French Socialist Party.
Jean-Claude Frécon passed away at 72 years old.
