Eva Šuranová (née Kucmanová) was born on April 24, 1946, in Ózd, Hungary, and died on December 31, 2016.

She was a Czechoslovak athlete.

Eva competed mainly in the long jump.

She competed for Czechoslovakia in the 1972 Summer Olympics held in Munich, Germany in the long jump, where she won the bronze medal.
