Dead, T. T Cloete born on the 31st of May 1924 and died on the 29th of July 2015, he was a  South African poet and literary scholar.
 
Cloete died early on Wednesday morning due to natural causes at the Mooimed Hospital in Potchefstroom. He was 91 years old.
 
A spokesperson for the North West University’s Potchefstroom campus, Johan van Zyl, told the media that Cloete was admitted to hospital on Sunday.
