Sergei (or Sergo) Kutivadze was born on October 16, 1944 and died on June 8, 2017.

He was a Georgian and Soviet football player and coach.

When he retired from playing, he coached FC Dinamo Tbilisi and FC Torpedo Kutaisi.

Sergo Kutivadze passed away at 72 years old.
