Mohammad Irfan was born on August 22, 1951, in Bilari, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh and died in March 2016.
He an Indian politician and a member of the 16th Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh of India.
Irfan represents the Bilari constituency of Uttar Pradesh and is a member of the Samajwadi Party
He received his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws degrees from Kedar Nath Girdharilal Khatri PG College and M. J. P. Rohilkhand University.
Before he was elected as MLA, Mohammad worked as an agriculturist and advocate, for a short period.
He has been a MLA for one term.
Mohammad represented the Bilari (Assembly constituency) constituency and is a member of the Samajwadi Party.
Mohammad Irfan passed away at 64 yrs old.
