Lorenzo Amurri, Italian author, Died at 45


Lorenzo Amurri was born in 1971, and died on July 12, 2016.

He was an Italian writer and musician.

Amurri began to writing after a skiing accident that left him a quadriplegic.

Lorenzo short stories appear in a collection titled Amore Caro.

Amurri’s first novel Apnea won the 2015 EU Prize for Literature.

He worked with Italian artists such as Tiromancino and Franco Califano, as a musician.

Lorenzo Amurri passed away at 45 years old.
