Frans Lodewijk Johannis Tutuhatunewa was born in June 1923, in Batavia, Dutch East Indies and died on October 22, 2016.
He was the second president in exile of the Republic of the South Moluccas between 1993 and 2010.
Frans was preceded by Johan Manusama and succeeded by John Wattilete in 2010.
Frans Tutuhatunewa passed away at 93 years old.
