Bujor Hălmageanu was born on February 14, 1941 in Timișoara, Romania, and died on November 23, 2018.

He was a Romanian retired association football defender and manager.

Bujor competed for his country at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, where Romania reached the quarter-finals.
