Arnold Fabian Peralta Sosa was born on March 29, 1989, and died on December 10, 2015.

He was a Honduran footballer who played as a defensive midfielder for Olimpia and the Honduras national football team.

Arnold was shot dead on December 10, 2015 in La Ceiba, Honduras.

In 2008, Arnold signed for LINA club Vida.

In June 2013, Arnold agreed to join Scottish club Rangers on a four–year deal, subject to receiving a work permit.

He was eligible to play once, the Rangers’ player registration embargo was lifted on September 1, 2013.

Arnold scored his first goal for Rangers in a friendly against Dundee.

In January 2015, the Rangers announced that Peralta’s contract had been terminated by mutual consent.

Following Arnold release from the Rangers, he went on trial with Shakhter Karagandy, but did not earn a contract.

Arnold later returned to his home country after signing for Olimpia.

Arnold Peralta passed away after being fatally shot at a shopping mall in La Ceiba, Honduras, on December 10, 2015.
