Gerardus Willem “Wim” Anderiesen Jr. was born on September 2, 1931, in Amsterdam and died on January 27, 2017.

He was a Dutch footballer.

Anderiesen Jr. played as a defender at club level from the early-1950s to the mid-1960s.

Anderiesen Jr. played for Ajax from 1951 to 1961, making 177 appearances for the side.

Then, later, he capped for Holland Sport.

He was the son and namesake of Wim Anderiesen (1903–1944), Wim’s father Wim Anderiesen also played for Ajax and earned 46 caps for the Netherlands national football team.

Wim died in Heerhugowaard.

Wim Anderiesen Jr. passed away at 85 years old.
