William Warren Allmand was born on September 19, 1932, in Montreal and died on December 7, 2016.
He was a Canadian Liberal Party Member of Parliament.
Allmand was a Cabinet member from 1972 to 1979.
Allmand studied civil law at McGill University and comparative law at the University of Paris.
Warren was admitted to the Quebec bar in 1958.
During 2004, he taught International Human Rights at McGill University as a visiting scholar at the Institute of Canadian Studies.
He was diagnosed with a brain tumour in March 2016 and died in a Montreal hospital.
Warren Allmand passed away at 84 years old.
