Vincent “Vince” Farrar was born on July 13, 2017, in Pontefract district and died in 2017.

He was an English professional rugby league footballer.

Farrar played in the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s, and coached in the 1980s, playing at representative level for Great Britain, England, and Yorkshire, and at club level for Featherstone Rovers (Captain) (Heritage № 451), Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks, Hull F.C., and Sheffield Eagles, as a prop, hooker, or loose forward/lock, i.e. number 8 or 10, 9, or 13, during the era of contested scrums, was captain of Hull during the 1978–79 season, and 1979–80 season, and coaching at club level for Featherstone Rovers.

Vince Farrar passed away at 70 years old.
