Vasily Kudinov was born on February 17, 1969, in Ilyinka, Astrakhan Oblast, Russian SFSR, and died on February 11, 2017.

He was a Russian handball player.

Vasily Kudinov participated in three Olympics, winning two gold medals and one bronze medal.

During the 1992 Summer Olympics, Kudinov won a gold medal with the Unified Team at the Olympics.

Vasily Kudinov played for the Russia national handball team at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, where Russia won the gold medal.

He died six days prior to his 48th birthday, in Astrakhan.

Vasily Kudinov passed away at 47 years old.
