V. P. Ramakrishna Pillai was born on November 12, 1931, and died on November 8, 2016.
He was an Indian politician.
He was a member of the Revolutionary Socialist Party (RSP).
He was the son of Parameswaran Pillai.
Pillai hails from Kollam.
Pillai was active in the student movement and joined the Kerala Socialist Party.
He later became a RSP member.
He served as a Kollam District Committee secretary of RSP.
V. P. Ramakrishna Pillai has served as member of the National Committee and Kerala State Secretariat of RSP, and edited the party fortnightly Pravaham.
He was also director of the Kerala State Co-operative Bank, the Kerala State Warehousing Corporation and the Kerala State Coir Marketing Federation.
V. P. Ramakrishna Pillai has led different trade unions affiliated to the United Trade Union Congress.
V. P. Ramakrishna Pillai passed away at 84 years old.
