Trayan Dyankov, Bulgarian football player and manager, Died at 40

Trayan Kolev Dyankov was born on June 21, 1976, in Varna and died on August 1, 2016.

He was a Bulgarian football defender and manager of Spartak Varna.

Trayan Dyankov was a right or central defender, and began his career in Spartak Varna’s youth teams.

He began playing football in the local club Spartak Varna.

Trayan Dyankov made his first-team debut on April 10, 1994, in a A PFG match against Slavia Sofia as an 86th-minute substitute.

Following that, he played in Velbazhd Kyustendil and Lokomotiv Plovdiv.

In the 2003/04 season, Trayan won the top Bulgarian league, the A PFG, with Loko Plovdiv.

During June 2006, he joined Chernomorets Burgas.

At club level, he played in the matches of Intertoto Cup 2008 against Slovenian ND Gorica and Swiss Grasshopper Club Zürich.

It was announced on 15 January 2011,that Chernomorets had renewed the contract of Dyankov, extending it until June 30, 2012.

He got married in 2009.

Trayan Dyankov passed away at 40 years old.
