Nigerian media personality, actress and social media content creator Oluwatosin Bucknor popularly known as Tosyn Bucknor was born on August 15, 1981, and died on November 19, 2018.

She was destined to Mrs. Sola Bucknor and Mr. Segun Bucknor, a performer, in a taxi on August 15.

Bucknor was sister to Funke Bucknor, CEO of Zapphaire Events.

He went to Fountain Nursery and Primary School, Queens’ College, Yaba, University of Lagos (LAW) and the Nigerian Law School, Lagos (LLB).

Bucknor did her National Youth Service Corps at Port Harcourt, picking to show Literature-In-English and English at Archdeacon Crowther Memorial Girls’ School, Elelenwo.

She facilitated ‘Tosyns Buzz Live’ on Pulse TV each Friday.

Radio for her began with Tee-An on Eko89.7fm after which she interned at Cool 96.9fm where she facilitated the Fun Hour Show on Saturdays.

Starting with her child benefit in 2009, Bucknor was a morning show radio host at Top Radio90.9fm.

Bucknor was the main female radio host taking care of the morning belt without anyone else.

She added to a few sites, including her own websites, and composed for TV.

Bucknor was a vocalist musician with one collection (‘Pop Rock Soul and Jara’) out.

Bucknor won or was assigned for a few honors including Future Awards, ELOY Awards, Best of Nollywood grants and the sky is the limit from there.

She hitched her French beau Aurélien Boyer November 15, 2015, at Landmark Events Center, Oniru.

Bucknor openly kept up dear companionships with Lamide Akintobi and Lala Akindoju.

She was discovered dead by her significant other, Aurelien Boyer, when he touched base at home from work on nineteenth November 2018.

Her sister, Funke Bucknor Obruthe said through her Instagram account that Tosyn kicked the bucket because of sickle cell confusions.

Bucknor was conceived with sickle cell iron deficiency.

Tosyn Bucknor passed away at 37 years old.
