Tom Muecke was born on August 20, 1963, and died on April 23, 2016.

He was an American football quarterback.

Tom played seven seasons in the Canadian Football League with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Edmonton Eskimos and Shreveport Pirates.

Tom Muecke played college football at Baylor University and attended Angleton High School in Angleton, Texas.

Tom Muecke was also a member of the San Diego Chargers.

Between 1982 to 1985, Muecke played for the Baylor Bears .

He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

He also graduated with a Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry after his football career ended

In 2015, Muecke was inducted into the Baylor Athletic Hall of Fame.

In August 1986, he signed with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

Muecke retired after the 1988 season.

But, then he came out of retirement in 1990 and had a tryout with the Houston Oilers.

Tom then signed with the Calgary Stampeders and was released by the team before the start of the 1991 CFL season.

Tom Muecke was drafted by the Edmonton Eskimos in September 1991.

Tom was released by the Eskimos in June 1994.

In August 1994, he signed with the Shreveport Pirates in July 1994, He was released by the Pirates.

Tom Muecke passed away at 52 yrs old.
