Bell had only recently started racing in Singapore, and rode a Group 1 winner last week, riding Sebrose to victory in the $150,000 El Dorado Classic.
The jockey was an upcoming rising star in the sport, after winning the 2013/14 Brisbane Jockey’s Premiership in his first season as a senior jockey.

After he was unsuccessful for 18 rides, bell rode home his first Kranji winner as a long-term licensed jockey in a narrow victory aboard the Cliff Brown-trained Hades on Oct 18.
Tim had misplaced his keys to his penthouse, at Mi CASA condominium and he decided to climb the building on a ledge to enter his unit through a kitchen window.
He had reached on the 12th floor, when he slipped and fell to his death.
Tim Bell passed away at 22 yrs old, from falling.
