Tiffany Leong, Malaysian actress and host and former model, Died at 30

Tiffany Leong was born October 24, 1985, and died on December 28, 2015.

She was a Malaysian actress and host and former model contracted to MediaCorp.

She was a model and beauty queen before joining Astro.

Tiffany had some success as a television host.

Leong switched to acting in 2006, to join the MediaCorp in Singapore.

Most of her work was with the Singapore-Malaysia co-productions.

Tiffany made her debut in a Singapore-produced series in the 2008 drama La Femme.

Tiffany Leong was nominated for the Top 10 Most Popular Female Artistes at the 2011 Star Awards.

She was known for films like ‘The Quarters’ in 2012, where she played Mao Dawan and ‘Welcome Home, My Love’ in 2009.

Tiffany Leong was diagnosed with multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN) syndrome, in July 2013 and then later confirmed that she had early-stage liver cancer.

Tiffany also had 60 percent of her liver removed.

She started to work in late 2014.

She was admitted on December 2015, in a hospital in Kuala Lumpur after suffering a relapse.

Tiffany Leong passed away at 30 yrs old on December 28, 2015.
