Teodor Laço was born on September 6, 1936, in Dardhë and died on October 15, 2016.
He was an Albanian writer and diplomat.
He was also the former Minister of Culture (1994-1997) and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the Russian Federation.
Laço studied agronomy at the Agricultural University of Tirana.
Teodor Laço was the founder and leader of Liberal Union Party of Albania.
Teodor Laço passed away at 80 years old.
