Suprabhat Chakrabarty, Indian Olympic cyclist, Died at 86

Suprabhat Chakrabarty died on the December 24, 2015.

He was an Indian Olympic cyclist.

He’s a five-time National champion.

Suprabhat Chakrabarty was fondly known as ‘Khaja’ in his cycling circles.

He was a key member of the National squad that took part in the first edition of the Asian Games in the year 1951, in Delhi.

He also took part in the 1952 Olympic games in Helsinki and World Peace celebrations.

He left behind, Beryl his wife, two children and grandchildren.

Suprabhat Chakrabarty passed away at 86 yrs old.
