Steve Lang was born on March 24, 1949, in Montreal, Quebec and died on February 4, 2017.

He was a Canadian musician.

Lang was best known for his role as a bassist in the rock band April Wine from 1976 to 1984.

He had replaced then-bassist Jim Clench in 1976.

After April Wine reformed in 1993, Steve Lang was not amongst the line-up.

When he left April Wine, Lang was working in the financial field.

Steve’s was the father of Canadian musician Erin Lang.

Reportedly, Lang suffered from Parkinson’s disease.

Steve Lang passed away at 87 years old.
