Stephen Frasier Bollenbach was born on July 14, 1942, and died on October 8, 2016.

He was the nonexecutive chairman of Los Angeles-based KB Home and a member of the board of directors of Time Warner.

Stephen was also a director of Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc., Macy’s, Inc., and the Los Angeles World Affairs Council.

Before that he was the Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hilton Hotels Corporation from February 1996 until 2007.

He graduated from the California State University, Northridge.

Before to joining Hilton he had been the chief financial officer for the Walt Disney Company.

He lived in the East Gate Bel Air section of Los Angeles, California.

He died following a long illness in Manhattan, New York.

Stephen Bollenbach passed away at 74 years old.
