Stanley Omwonya was born on May 23, 1951, and died on November 2, 2015 due to a heart attack.
He was a Ugandan politician, the MP for Okoro County.
Stanley graduated from Makerere University in 1975 where he completed a masters, bachelors in public administration and in 2001, his MA in PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION at MAKERERE.
In 1984, Stanley attended Birmingham University, UK, where he completed a post-graduate diploma in Development Administration.
Stanley also worked on the Parliamentary Committees on Foreign Affairs and Local Government; and other area in government.
Stanley Omwonya passed away at age 65 due to a heart attack on November 2, 2015.
