Sonia Ingeborg Borg was born in 1931, and died on February 4, 2016.

She was an Australian writer.

She was one of the leading screenwriters of films and TV in the 1970s.

Sonia moved to Australia from Germany in 1961 and worked as a television actress before becoming an actors’ tutor at Crawford Productions in Melbourne.

Borg then became a writer and worked on most of Crawfords dramas at the time.

She also became known for writing films about animals, in the late 1970s.

Sonia Borg passed away at 85 yrs old.
