Sir David Herbert Penry-Davey, born 16 May 1942, and died on October 10, 2015.

David Penry-Davey was a British High Court judge.

He attended the Hastings Grammar School and at King’s College London.

Davey was called to the Bar at Inner Temple in 1965.

He was made a Crown Court recorder in 1986, a QC in 1988, and a judge of the High Court of Justice at the Queen’s Bench Division in 1997.

David Penry-Davey passed away on 10 October 2015.
