Shahlyla Baloch, Pakistani footballer, Died at 20

Shahlyla Ahmadzai Baloch was born on March 12, 1996, and died on October 13, 2016.

She was a female Pakistani professional footballer.

She played as a forward for the football club Balochistan United, and the Pakistan national women’s team.

She was one of the finest strikers for Pakistan women’s football team.

Shahlyla Baloch represented the country at the South Asian Football Federation Women Football Championship 2014 in Islamabad, which was the last international event that Pakistan women’s team competed in.

Before this, Baloch became the first Pakistani woman to score a hat-trick abroad during her stint in Maldives.

Shahlyla Baloch also made the score sheet in Pakistan’s 4-1 victory over Bhutan in 2014 SAFF Women’s Championship.

Baloch was the daughter of Pakistani women’s football President and Senator Rubina Irfan and the sister of Balochistan United and National team manager Raheela Zarmeen.

She died in a car accident, in Karachi.

Shahlyla Baloch passed away at 20 years old.
