Ryuichi Doi/土肥 隆 was born on February 11, 1939, in Seoul and died on January 22, 2016.
He was a Japanese politician.
He served in the House of Representatives as a member of the Democratic Party of Japan.
Doi was born during the time Korea was occupied by Japan.
Ryuichi attended the Tokyo Union Theological Seminary, earning a master’s degree.
In 1990, Doi was elected for the first time as a member of the Japan Socialist Party.
Ryuichi Doi passed away at 76 yrs old.
