Roy Thomas Edward Jennings was born on December 31, 1931, and died on October 21, 2016.

He was an English professional football player and manager.

Roy played as a centre-half for Swindon Town, Southampton, Brighton & Hove Albion, and Crawley Town, making over 500 career appearances.

Jennings also managed Crawley Town for two years.

After he retired from football, Jennings remained in Crawley, and became a partner in an accountancy firm, and also served as a magistrate.

Roy Jennings passed away at 84 years old.
