Hearst Randolph “Randy” Duncan, Jr. was born on March 15, 1937, and died on September 27, 2016.

He was a former American gridiron football quarterback.

Randy played college football at the University of Iowa.

Duncan played in two Rose Bowls (1957, 1959) and has been inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.

He was the #1 overall pick in the 1959 NFL Draft and played professionally for Canadian Football League’s BC Lions and the American Football League’s Dallas Texans.
