Her Highness Maharani Mehtab Kaur (née Mohinder Kaur)was born on September 14, 1922 in Ludhiana, undivided Punjab and died on July 24, 2017.

She was the wife of the ninth Maharaja of Patiala, His Highness Maharajadhiraj Yadavindra Singh (1914–1974).

Rajmata Mohinder Kaur of Patiala was the mother of Maharaja Amarinder Singh, incumbent Maharaja of Patiala, and thus the present Rajmata Sahiba (Queen Mother) of Patiala state in India.
