Ram Krishna Trivedi was born on January 1, 1921, and died on November 19, 2015.
He was an Indian politician who was Governor of Gujarat from February 26, 1986 to May 2, 1990.
Ram also served as Chief Election Commissioner of India from June 18, 1982 to December 31, 1985.
He was the first to introduce voter id cards in Indian Elections.
Ram passed away at age 94 in Lucknow in 2015.
