Quincy Omar Monk was born on January 30, 1979, and died on November 24, 2015.

He was an American football linebacker in the National Football League for the New York Giants and the Houston Texans.

Quincy was drafted in the seventh round of the 2002 NFL Draft by the Giants.

He played college football at North Carolina.

Quincy was born in Jacksonville, North Carolina.

He attended White Oak High School, where he played quarterback, safety and defensive end.

At White Oak, Quincy also played basketball where as well as in football, Quincy was named All-conference and All-area in his junior and senior seasons.

Quincy Omar Monk passed away at age 36 in November 2015.
