Puerto Rican journalist and broadcaster, Aníbal González Irizarry, Died at 91

Aníbal González Irizarry was born on February 25, 1927, in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico and died on November 14, 2018.

He was a Puerto Rican educator, journalist and news broadcaster.

In Puerto Rico, Irizary received his essential and optional training.

Aníbal González Irizarry finished 3 years of secondary school at Sabana Grande High School before his family moved to San Juan.

There Irizarry went to the “Escuela Superior Central” (Central High School) of Santurce.

During 1942, when he was 15 years of age, he started to work at “WPRA” a radio station in Mayaguez and before long turned into the station’s primary supporter.

He hitched Ruth Perez and they had two youngsters: Anibal Jr. what’s more, Lissette. During 1994, he resigned as grapple of Telenoticias en Accion in Telemundo.

Other than news broadcasting, Irizarry showed Communications at the Universidad del Sagrado Corazón in Santurce.
