Pierre Vincent was born on April 11, 1914, and died on November 11, 2015.

He was a French general.

Pierre was a soldier for 37 years, he took part in the Second World War, the Indochina War and the war in Algeria, and was wounded three times.

Pierre is from a family of military tradition, born in Oujda when her father, General Jean Vincent (the “Veny” in the resistance is a lieutenant in the 1st African battalion stationed Debdou.

After the Great War, he lives in a military framework in Algeria, then Morocco, where his father serves in 2nd foreign regiment in Meknes.

He made his secondary education at the high school Poeymirou Meknes; received bachelor of elementary mathematics in 1933 and 1934, Pierre is eligible for the Special Military School of Saint-Cyr in 1934.

After Pierre’s graduation, he chose a military career and undertakes to call the acceleration October 1,1934.

He marries on February 26, 1941,

He left behind, Marie Antoinette and six children.

Pierre Vincent passed away at 101 yrs old.
