Peter Reynolds, Welsh composer, Died at 58


Peter Reynolds was born in 1958, and died in 2016.

He was a composer known for founding PM Music Ensemble.

Also to that, Peter was recognised by Guinness World Records as having written with writer Simon Rees the shortest opera on Earth, Sands of Time; a three-minute and thirty-four second long piece.

Reynolds studied in Cardiff, Wales, and lived in South Wales,

He was the artistic director of the Lower Machen Festival in Monmouthshire from 1998 to 2009.

Peter Reynolds passed away at 58 years old.
