Dead, Peaches Geldof on April 7, 2014 in Wrotham, Kent, England from heroin overdose at the age of 25, born on March 13, 1989 in Westminster, London, England as Peaches Honeyblossom Geldof.

English journalist, television presenter and model. She was a writer, known for Cha’mone Mo’Fo’Selecta! A Tribute to Michael Jackson (2009), Peaches Geldof: Teenage Mind (2005) and the BRIT Awards 2014 (2014).

Born on the 13th of March 1989 Geldof was educated at Queens College after her parents’ divorce in 1996, and later moved to New York City where she worked as a writer for the UK edition of Elle Girl magazine.

She also worked in television, producing and developing her own TV programmes which were broadcast in the United Kingdom in 2006.

After moving out of her father’s house at the age of eighteen, she rented a flat in Islington, North London.

She completed her A-Levels and was accepted at Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London, where she planned to study English literature and journalism, but deferred it to move to New York with then-husband, Max Drummey.

In September 2007, Geldof made her catwalk début modelling for PPQ at London Fashion Week.

She was also announced as the face of the Australian fashion line Dotti.

Premiering on 19 October 2008 was Peaches: Disappear Here, a MTV One reality show in which she founds a new youth-oriented magazine.

In 2009, Geldof was signed to a six-figure modelling deal to become the face of the Miss Ultimo collection.

In 2010 she was dropped from Ultimo after nude pictures and allegations of drug use were posted on the Internet and published in the media.

Geldof denied the claims and said, “I am disappointed that Ultimo has decided not to extend my contract based on a wildly exaggerated account of a night in Los Angeles five months ago.”

Michelle Mone, the head of Ultimo underwear said that “as a brand that targets young women, we feel it is impossible for Peaches to continue.”

On 5 August 2008, Geldof married Max Drummey, an American musician from the band Chester French, at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas.

On 7 February 2009, the couple announced that they had amicably decided to end their marriage.

Over two years later, on 21 April 2011, Drummey filed for divorce in Los Angeles, citing irreconcilable differences.

The BBC reports that police were called to a house near Wrotham, England, on Monday afternoon following a report of concern for the welfare of a woman.

The woman was later pronounced dead by South East Coast Ambulance Service.

Peaches’ own mother, Yates, died of a drug overdose in September 2000 when Peaches was just 11 years old.

Eerily, Peaches’ most recent tweet was an Instagram photo of herself and Yates. “Me and my mum,” tweeted Peaches on April 6.

Geldof was discovered sitting slumped on a bed in the spare bedroom by her husband, rock musician Tom Cohen, who went to their home after he became concerned when he couldn’t contact her.
