Paul Daniels, British magician, Died at 77

Newton Edward Daniels was born on April 6, 1938, and died on March 17, 2016.

He was an English magician and television performer.

He was known by his stage name Paul Daniels.

Paul had developed his magic skills in working men’s clubs, making his TV debut on talent series Opportunity Knocks.

He achieved international fame through his television series The Paul Daniels Magic Show, which ran on the BBC from 1979 to 1994.

Paul was very famous for his catchphrases, including the line: “You’ll like this, not a lot, but you’ll like it.”

Himself and McGee appeared on All Star Mr & Mrs on ITV, on October 10, 2012.

During 2013, Daniels and Debbie McGee toured their ‘First Farewell Tour’.

Paul Daniels passed away at 77 yrs old.
