Patrick Fabionn Lopes, Brazilian football player, Died at 35

Patrick Fabionn Lopes was born on August 20, 1980, in Muriaé, Minas Gerais, and died on April 25, 2016, in São Paulo.

He was a Brazilian footballer.

He played in left back position.

For the better part of his career, Patrick played with modest Brazilian clubs.

Patrick signed a two-year contract with Cruzeiro Esporte Clube, in January 2005, but was also loaned during that timeframe to lowly Fortaleza Esporte Clube; in his country’s Série A, other than those two teams, he also represented Guarani Futebol Clube.

During the season of 2007–08, Patrick had his first abroad experience, signing with U.D. Leiria from the Portuguese Primeira Liga.

Patrick had 13 times in his first year, but the side suffered relegation to the second division.

When he was 32 yrs old, Patrick returned to his homeland, seeing out his career two years later after spells in the regional leagues with Ituano Futebol Clube, Nacional Esporte Clube (MG) and Nacional Atlético Clube (Muriaé).

Patrick passed away at 35 yrs old from a brain aneurysm.
