Osmar Martínez, Paraguayan guerrilla leader and convicted kidnapper, Died at 47

Osmar Martínez was born on June 7, 1968 in the district of Caaguazú, and died on December 7 2015.

He was imprisoned in the Specialized Police Association.

Osmar was serving his sentence of 35 years in prison for the kidnapping of Cecilia Cubas, the daughter of former Paraguayan President Raul Cubas.

He was considered one of the founders of the EPP, no signs of life came to the Hospital Barrio Obrero.

Osmar was convicted of masterminding the kidnapping of Cecilia Cubas Gusinky.

There he made the second degree and then moved with his mother and brother, Jose Martinez, a Caaguazú.

She was found dead in February 2005.

In an interview with ABC Colour on December 2013, has revealed the facilities in which he lived behind bars.
