N. K. Mahajan was born in 1920 and died on November 9, 2016.
He was an Indian nonagenarian adventure sportsman.
During 2008, became India’s oldest parasailor at the age of 88.
N. K. Mahajan had set this record twice before in 2003 and 2007.
N. K. Mahajan was also called as Abasaheb.
He was a veteran trekker, Mahajan has an entry in the Limca book of records for crossing the valley between the Duke’s Nose and the Duchess Pinnacle in five minutes by using rock climbing techniques.
He crossed a length of approximately 46 m and depth 152 m.
Mahajan appeared on the TV reality show Satyamev Jayate, on 15 July 2012
N. K. Mahajan was also a scout and associated with scout moment from Pune district.
N. K. Mahajan passed away at 97 years old.
