Monteagle “Monty” Stearns was born on December 5, 1924, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and died on May 14, 2016.
He was an American diplomat.
He was also the Ambassador to Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) (1976–79) and Greece (1981–85).
