Mikhail Burtsev, born June 21, 1956, passed away October 16, 2015.

Mikhail was a Russian Soviet fencer.

At three Olympic Games he won two gold medals and two silver.

Mikhail Burtsev was  a six-time world champion winner, and two-time Olympic championship winner, he took home the medals in the 1976 to 1980’s.

Mikhail died at age 59 in 2015.
