Mauro Ferri, Italian politician, died at 95

Mauro Ferri was born on March 15, 1920, and died on September 29, 2015.

He was an Italian politician and judge.

Mauro was a member of the Italian Socialist Party from 1944 to 1969,

Mauro switched affiliations to the Italian Democratic Socialist Party.

Ferri served as the Italian Minister of Economic Development from the year 1972 to 1973 in Prime Minister Giulio Andreotti’s second cabinet.

Mauro Ferri was elected as a Member of European Parliament in 1979 and served until 1984.

From the year 1995 to 1996, Ferri served as President of the Constitutional Court of Italy.

Mauro Ferri passed away at 95 yrs old in his hometown of Rome on September 29, 2015.
