Hickman Matthew Snorton was born on February 26, 1942, and died on December 30, 2016.

He was an American football player.

Snorton played for the Michigan State University Spartans football team from 1961 to 1963.

Snorton was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the second round of the 1964 NFL Draft, but opted instead to play professional football in the AFL for the Denver Broncos, appearing in five games during the 1964 season.

Later, Matt became the emergency manager for Christian County, Kentucky.

Matt Snorton passed away at 74 years old.
