Many Clouds was born on April 21, 2007, and died on January 28, 2017.

He was an Irish-bred, British-trained Thoroughbred racehorse.

He was best known for winning the 2015 Grand National.

Many Clouds being sold as a foal, he was sent to England and trained for a National Hunt racing career by Oliver Sherwood.

He won one race in the following season but finished unplaced when joint-favourite for the 2016 Grand National.

During January 2017, Clouds beat the previously undefeated Thistlecrack in winning his second Cotswold Chase but collapsed and died of a pulmonary hemorrhage shortly after crossing the finish line.

Many Clouds passed away at 9 years old.
