Lord Littlebrook, British midget wrestler, Died at 87

Eric Tovey was born on January 3, 1929, and died on September 9, 2016.

He was a British former Midget wrestler.

Littlebrook was best known as Lord Littlebrook.

Tovey enjoyed his greatest success during the 1970s, when he held the NWA World Midget’s Championship.

Littlebrook was also part of the Wrestlemania III card in 1987 in front of a record 93,173 fans at the Pontiac Silverdome in Detroit, then the largest professional wrestling attendance in North American history.

As Littlebrook, he enjoyed great success in places such as Australia, Japan and Thailand.

Littlebrook wrestled in New York state, from 1956 to 1958, he faced other midget wrestlers, including several who he would later wrestle in the World Wrestling Federation.

Lord Littlebrook won most of his matches, although he was booked to lose several tag team matches.

During the late 1960s, he competed regularly for Georgia Championship Wrestling.

Then again, he wrestled in matches against other midget wrestlers and was victorious in the majority of his matches.

He was involved in the wrestling business for 47 years as a wrestler, manager and a trainer.

Before his death he resided in Saint Joseph, Missouri with his son Bobby.

Tovey other son, Chris, and Bobby compete as Kato and Beautiful Bobby with the midget wrestling group the Half Pint Brawlers.

He has 28 grandchildren.

From the time of his retirment from wrestling, Tovey has been diagnosed with dementia and has lost the use of both of his legs.

Trovey had surgery for skin cancer on his arm recently and recovered well.

He died after a long battle with several health ailments.

Lord Littlebrook passed away at 87 years old.
