Leila Seth, Indian judge, Died at 86

Leila Seth was born in October 1930, in Lucknow and died.

She was the first woman judge on the Delhi High Court and she became the first woman to become Chief Justice of a state High Court on 5 August 1991.

During 2010, Seth wrote We, The Children of India, which explains the words of the Indian preamble to younger readers.

She died at her house.

Leila Seth passed at 86 years old.
