Thomas Larkin Malloy was born on September 24, 1954, in New York City, and died on September 29, 2016.
He was known professionally as Larkin Malloy.
He was an American actor, announcer, voice-over artist and acting teacher.
Malloy starred in soap operas including The Edge of Night as (Jefferson Brown (1980-81)/Schuyler Whitney (1981-84); Guiding Light (Kyle Sampson (1984-87) and All My Children (Travis Montgomery (1987-91, 1997-98, 2001).
Larkin worked as the announcer for As the World Turns.
Since playing Schuyler Whitney on The Edge of Night, Larkin was hit by a car on Park Avenue.
Malloy was temporarily replaced by James Horan.
Malloy died due to complications of a heart attack.
Thomas Larkin Malloy passed away at 62 years old.
